- Luke Roper Gift Vouchers supplied by our website are in £ sterling which can be redeemed only at www.luke1977.com. Luke Roper Gift Vouchers brought online cannot be redeemed in stores.
- Luke Roper Gift Vouchers can be used as full payment on goods online only. Purchases made with Gift Vouchers are not refundable in cash.
- Goods brought with Gift Vouchers cannot be refunded only exchanged.
- Gift Vouchers should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
- Gift Vouchers will be sent via email. Luke roper Ltd will not be held responsible to mistyped email address and will not re issue a voucher unless prior notification or notified of mistake.
- Risk will pass to the customer upon receipt of email and title will pass upon receipt of payments in full. Luke has no liability for lost, stolen or deleted Gift Vouchers once responsibility of ownership has passed to the customer at time of opening the email.
- Gift Voucher quantities should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified immediately. Luke Roper Ltd cannot be held responsible for shortage or loss of any Gift Vouchers not notified to us within two days of receiving the email. Luke Roper Ltd have a double checking procedure for all gift voucher orders.
- Cleared payment is required prior to the despatch of orders. Payment is taken at the time of purchase. Your credit/debit card statement will read Luke Roper Ltd
- We reserve the right to decline any order without providing explanation.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Breach of these conditions will entitle Luke Roper Ltd to seek the appropriate legal remedy available for injunction, damages or otherwise..
