Each garment is inspected by hand prior to dispatch, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply e-mail us at email@example.com about the purchase and we shall give you an a return number and an address to return the item or items to us in their original condition** within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred (only if available). Some products are non-refundable; these are clearly marked with a '*' next to the product name but you may exchange the item to the same value or more. A refund or exchange will not be given for unwanted gifts.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.
Extended Christmas Returns Period
We've found that many of our customers like to order Christmas presents early so we've specially extended our returns policy for the Christmas season. Any item purchased and dispatched during the period from November 1st 2015 to December 24th 2015 inclusive may be returned for an Exchange Only. You don't have to exchange for the same item but must be around the same amount. If you cannot choose another item a gift voucher (online only) will be sent via email to the amount owned. Please note that you require a returns number before you return an item, and must notify us by the 5th January 2016 otherwise you will not be able to return the item.
If the item you received is faulty, please contact us quoting your order number, name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. If the product is listed with a ‘*’ next to the product name then you will not be able to return it to us.
If I received the wrong item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us quoting your order number, name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
**Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
