Pricing

All prices quoted are in British pounds (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate, where applicable.

Ordering and stock availability

We aim to display only items that are in stock or that can be despatched to you quickly. In the event of a product going out of stock we will aim to contact you within 48 hours when you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative product or cancel your order.
Payment is not taken or banked until the day of despatch . If an item cannot be supplied you will not be charged for it.
We may refuse to accept an order where goods are unavailable; where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment, or if there has been a pricing or product description error.
Luke makes no representation as to the goods, items, products or services referred to in, or sold from, this Web Site as being available or suitable for use.

Delivery Charges

All mainland UK deliveries will be free of charge if you order more than £30 worth of products, £3.50 if £30 or less.
Delivery outside mainland UK but within Europe £12
Deliveries to anywhere outside Europe £15

If a delivery cannot be fulfilled in one package, if some stock is not available at the time of ordering, then Luke Roper may choose to delay the order, or send part of the order immediately, and then send the balance when the stock becomes available, if this happens we will notify you by email.

In the event of the order being dispatched in more than one part, then there will be no additional delivery charge for the customer.

Next day delivery

All orders received before 1pm will usually be dispatched the same day and should reach you the following day in most cases. We will always strive to deliver within 24hrs.

Payment Security

We take payment security seriously at luke1977.com. We use industry standard SSL technology and server certification to ensure secure payment transactions via the Web Site. We have also signed up to the Visa and Mastercard security programmes Verified By Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. These give enhanced security and peace of mind when making purchases via the internet with the use of a personal password set up by you via a direct secure link to your bank. Full details about how these extra security measures affect you and stop fraudulent use of your card can be obtained from your card issuer.
Payment details are not stored on the Secure Server and are sent to us in an encrypted form. You will see the padlock sign in your web browser when you are asked to enter your payment details at check out, this verifies that you are connected to our Secure Server.
Please do not send card details to us via email as this method is not secure.

Cancellation

If you change your mind about anything you order, you can cancel that order free of charge. You have up to 7 working days after receipt of goods to cancel your order and return the goods. Note goods must be in their original, unused and unopened packaging. You do not have to provide any reason for cancellation. Note: you will be responsible for the cost of returning goods using recorded delivery for cancelled orders. We reserve the right to make a charge for the return of the goods when necessary. In the event of cancellation we guarantee to refund your money within 30 days.

Warranties

We aim to deliver goods of the highest quality and that they will meet their specification.

Gift Vouchers

  1. Luke Roper Gift Vouchers supplied by our website are in £ sterling which can be redeemed only at www.luke1977.com. Luke Roper Gift Vouchers brought online cannot be redeemed in stores.
  2. Luke Roper Gift Vouchers can be used as full payment on goods online only. Purchases made with Gift Vouchers are not refundable in cash.
  3. Goods brought with Gift Vouchers cannot be refunded only exchanged.
  4. Gift Vouchers should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  5. Gift Vouchers will be sent via email. Luke roper Ltd will not be held responsible to mistyped email address and will not re issue a voucher unless prior notification or notified of mistake.
  6. Risk will pass to the customer upon receipt of email and title will pass upon receipt of payments in full. Luke has no liability for lost, stolen or deleted Gift Vouchers once responsibility of ownership has passed to the customer at time of opening the email.
  7. Gift Voucher quantities should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified immediately. Luke Roper Ltd cannot be held responsible for shortage or loss of any Gift Vouchers not notified to us within two days of receiving the email. Luke Roper Ltd have a double checking procedure for all gift voucher orders.
  8. Cleared payment is required prior to the despatch of orders. Payment is taken at the time of purchase. Your credit/debit card statement will read Luke Roper Ltd
  9. We reserve the right to decline any order without providing explanation.
  10. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  11. Breach of these conditions will entitle Luke Roper Ltd to seek the appropriate legal remedy available for injunction, damages or otherwise..
