Luke 1977 Mutt Bike25th Nov
Vespa’s, Lambretta’s, BSA’s, Triumph’s… you name it, we’ve “Luked” it up. We are all petrol heads here at Luke; Rally Drivers, Track Day Participators, F1 Enthusiasts, Banger Racing Fans, there isn’t a great deal that we don’t enjoy. With this in mind, we are very excited to announce our newest collaboration and it’s a special one. For the first time, Luke is teaming up with a new division of Boneshaker Choppers, Mutt.
The Boneshaker Mutt Motorcycle is a 125cc bike with a retro feel; built by people who love, live and breathe motorbikes. The 4 Stroke engine is based on the Suzuki GN engine built under license from Suzuki, the styling is loosely inspired by the Triumph Desert Racers. The bike is hand built in rural England by Benny (photographed) and his team.
The guys had a few issues with the current selection of bikes available to the learner market. But the main underlying reason for this creation was; there were no cool learner bikes available. They wanted to create a bike, which was affordable, maintenance free, user-friendly and with classic styling.
With this in mind, the Luke team has designed a “Sub Zero” (top gear fans will understand) version for the Mutt bike, which is being developed and built as we speak.
We shall keep you updated on the build as it progresses.
