Like us, we know you are aware of the impact of Coronavirus (Covid-19) and are probably exhausted by all the information you are receiving. These are unsettling times for us all and we wanted to let you know what we are doing here at LUKE.
The safety and wellbeing of our community is our highest priority right now and we are closely following government advice to make the best decisions for our colleagues, customers, suppliers, and partners.
Following the government guidance, we are opening the majority of our stores from Monday 15th June. These are:
- Birmingham Bullring/Link Street
- Birmingham Resorts World
- Cheshire Oaks
- East Midlands
- Manchester Arndale
- Manchester Trafford Centre
- Merry Hill
- Sheffield Meadow Hall

All stores have been deep cleaned before opening and cleaning in our stores will happen more often.
A one-way 2m stay distance system has been put in place in our stores. Hand sanitation stations and Covid-19 signage has also been put in place.
Our dressing rooms will be closed until further notice and any footwear tried on and not purchased will be put in quarantine for 72 hours.
Perspex screens have been installed at our till points, and we will be accepting cards and cash payments.
All staff have been provided with gloves and face masks.
We look forward to welcoming you back in-store from Monday 15th June where stores will be on sale with up to 50% off and buy one get one free offer.
We are continuing our very best to keep delivering you your online orders and we thank you for your continued support in these tough times.
You will still able to shop online 24/7 and currently, receive a buy one get one free on hundreds of lines and will also be going into sale on Monday 15th June with up to 50% off. We have launched a Luke x Smiley collaboration where 20% of all sales on these products will be donated to NHS. We will keep you updated on deliveries.
