Changed your mind? Don't worry, it's easy to send items back to us. 

 How do I return?

Simply complete the returns form on your parcel invoice by selecting refund or exchange. Please include the size of the replacement product you would like.

PLEASE NOTE:

• We recommend using Royal Mail for returning your order as most couriers do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Should you require an alternative returns address please contact us at  returns@luke1977.com

• Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns.

• We are unable to accept responsibility for returned items until they reach our warehouse. We recommend insuring your order with your shipping service provider.

• We aim to process your return within 2 working days of it arriving at our warehouse.

• Returns are valid for 14 days after your order has been delivered.

• Items purchased between 19th October and 24th December 2023 can be returned until 23rd January 2024.

• Returned items must arrive in their original condition with tags attached, free of any marks or odours.

• Items returned that don't comply with our returns policy will be returned to you without exchange or refund.

If you are returning part of your order that takes you below the threshold for the free gift you have received. You will be charged for this item.

No, your refund will be processed back to your voucher.

In order for us to process your refund, please return both promotional items 

Christmas returns policy starts from Friday 20th October 2023.

If you are returning an order within 14 days from receipt you will be
able to return your item for a refund or an exchange.

If over 14 days an exchange or credit note will be offered but you must
have returned to us by Friday 19th January 2024.
