Terms & Conditions
All items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging, complete with tags. Products returned that show signs of having been worn, washed, without packaging/tags or in any way unsellable, will be rejected and returned back to the sender.
Items purchased as part of a multipack, bundle or multibuy promotion must be returned in full to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Items returned for a refund that have been purchased via a gift card, will have store credit refunded onto the original gift card.
Underwear, fragrances, aerosols or battery powered products are not eligible for return.
