EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS
We’ve extended our returns policy for Christmas, helping to give you the confidence to shop early. Orders placed from Wednesday 14th October until Thursday 24th December will be eligible for return until Saturday 23rd January. Whether you’re buying for yourself or treating somebody else, there’ll be plenty of time to make sure you have the right styles and the right fit. No rush, no stress. This covers all eligible items. Orders placed outside these dates follow our standard returns policy below.

Terms & Conditions
All items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging, complete with tags. Products returned that show signs of having been worn, washed, without packaging/tags or in any way unsellable, will be rejected and returned back to the sender.
Items purchased as part of a multipack, bundle or multibuy promotion must be returned in full to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Items returned for a refund that have been purchased via a gift card, will have store credit refunded onto the original gift card.
Underwear, fragrances, aerosols or battery powered products are not eligible for return.
