RETURNS policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase, however if you decide to return any item(s) you have 30 days to do so. 

Any orders returned after this time period will not be eligible for a refund.

Return costs

We offer a fully tracked returns service in the UK and Europe.

Returns charge £3 (UK) €3 (EU)

Exchanges FREE (UK) €3 (EU)

We do not currently have a returns service for countries outside of Europe. Customers can return using their own carrier. Please be advised that any cost to return your goods must be covered by the customer.

How to return your order

Here’s a step-by-step guide: 

  1. Navigate to  https://returns.reveni.io/luke1977
  2. Here you will see 2 steps. Input your order number. This can be found in your confirmation email, or on your Order Packing Sheet included in your parcel. Enter the email address used to place your order. 
  3. Select the product(s) you would like to return. 
  4. Choose to either return or exchange them.  
  5. Let us know the reason for your return or exchange. (this helps us understand where we can improve!)
  6. Choose your refund method. For more information on these options, please see below 
  7. Complete your request. 
  8. Follow the instructions sent to you by Reveni, our returns partner, on how to send us your return

 

Faulty or damaged goods

If your item has arrived faulty or damaged, please reach out to our team via our contact form before processing your return, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Ts & Cs

  • Items must be returned in their original condition. Returned items will not be accepted that show any signs of having been worn or washed, including where the products are stained or otherwise marked or damaged. The product(s) must be re-saleable with the original tags still attached (not cut or re-attached). Failing this will result in the item being returned back to you. We also recommend not to wear aftershave while trying products on. 
  • Discounted items where a code was applied at checkout are eligible for the full 30-day returns policy as normal. 
  • Items purchased as part of an offer, for example “buy 2 get 1 free” or “buy 3 or more t-shirts to get 25% off” must be returned in full to be eligible for a full refund. 
  • If you are returning a part of your order that takes you below the threshold for any free gift offer you have received, you will be charged for this gifted item unless it is also returned. 
  • Refunds for items purchased using a gift card will be returned to the original gift card for future use. 
  • All custom orders are final and non-refundable. This is due to the custom nature of the product as it has been made to order.

Frequently asked questions

Instant Refunds - This means that you will be refunded as soon as your request is processed, rather than having to wait for the goods to arrive back to us to then be processed. 

Instant Exchanges - If your item is the incorrect size, your new item will be sent out immediately. This means you won’t have to wait for us to receive your returned item before getting the new one.

If you are returning your item for an exchange this is FREE (UK only). Returns for refund cost £3 (UK), €3 (EU) via our returns portal . We are looking into similar solutions for our international customers.

Items purchased via our website cannot be returned in store.

If you are returning part of your order that takes you below the threshold for any free gift offer you have received. You must also return the free gift otherwise you will be charged for this item

In order for us to process your refund, please return both promotional items 

UK Returns

Depending on the service used to return your item(s), it can take up to 5 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered to our returns team. We try to process all returns within 5 working days of receiving them at our warehouse. 

We'll notify you by email once the refund has been processed. After we have issued your refund, please allow up to 5 working days for the amount owed to reach your account. 

International Returns 

Depending on the service used to return your item(s), it can take between 3 - 12 days (excluding weekends & UK public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team. We will notify you by email once this has been processed.  

Please remember to keep hold of your proof of postage receipt, until we have confirmed arrival of your parcel back to us.

In Store Returns Policy

At Luke we always aim to provide excellent customer service and 100% customer satisfaction. In the event you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to an exchange or credit note.  A credit note can only be given and used in the original store you made the purchase. Products must be returned unworn and with proof of purchase within 28 days an exchange or refund will be given on any faulty items in accordance with your statutory rights.

 

PLEASE NOTE

Products purchased in outlets can only be exchanged in outlets. Products purchased in full price stores can only be exchanged in full price stores. Returns Policy excludes Franchise and concessions.
