Return/Exchange Policy

Royal Mail Strikes

Due to royal mail strikes it may take longer than expected for us to receive your parcel, please allow up to 10 days to process your return during these strikes



Each garment is inspected by hand prior to dispatch, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply e-mail us at [email protected] about the purchase and we shall give you a return number and an address to return the item or items to us in their original condition** within 15 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred (only if available). Some products are non-refundable; these are clearly marked with a '*' next to the product name but you may exchange the item for the same value or more. A refund or exchange will not be given for unwanted gifts.

Please note:

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
  • The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse unless sent via special delivery.
  • We do not offer free returns

** Original condition means the item must be returned, so the item is re-saleable with tags still attached (not cut or re-attached) and no physical marks/smells on the garment. Failing this will result in the item being returned back to you. We also recommend not to wear aftershave while trying products on.

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact us quoting your order number, name and address, details of the product and the reason for the return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 15 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. If the product becomes faulty and is over 14 days please let us know what fault has occurred along with your proof of purchase. If the product is listed with a ‘*’ next to the product name then you will not be able to return it to us.

Christmas Returns Policy

Christmas returns policy starts from Friday 8th October 2021. If you are returning an order within 15 days from receipt you will be able to return your item for a refund or an exchange. If over 14 days an exchange or credit note will be offered but you must notify us of your return by Friday 7th January 2022.

Buy One Get One Free Returns

 If you are returning one of the garments from this kind of offer for a refund, then a refund will not be processed as you will be no longer eligible for this offer. You must return both items if you require a refund.

If I received the wrong item

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us quoting your order number, name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

**Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/aftershave or deodorant that may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
